As a mom of three — including twins — and former preschool owner, I bring over 28 years of hands-on experience to help you feel confident, rested, and supported during the fourth trimester. I love babies, animals, and creating home environments where parents can feel deeply supported. This work is my passion, and I am honored to be part of your postpartum support.

My name is Shima and it is my pleasure to introduce myself and the support I provide to growing families. With over 25 years of experience in childcare, I have dedicated my life to caring for newborns, infants, and young children. I’ve worked as a full-time nanny, shared nanny, and newborn caregiver, supporting families through many different stages and transitions.
Before entering the postpartum and doula field, I also worked as a pharmacy technician, which strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and ability to support families with calm, informed care.
My passion for this work comes from a genuine love for children and a deep commitment to helping parents feel confident, rested, and supported during the beautiful—yet often overwhelming—postpartum period. I aim to create a peaceful environment where families can bond, heal, and thrive.
